Limerick Canoe Club

An REC2 ( Rescue and Emergency Care Level 2) course will take place at Kilfinane OEC on 18/19 September. We have eight paddlers already booked in from Nenagh Canoe Club and four places remaining. The cost of the course is €190 per person.

Rescue and Emergency Care first aid is designed spefically for adventure sports. It offers practical first aid solutions for the Outdoor Environment. REC 2 is suitable for complete beginners but if you already hold an REC3 award attendance at this course will re-validate your cert. at Level 3.
